This year, Stella WaxBar will be hosting our 4th annual red carpet charity gala in support of George Jeffrey Children’s Foundation at The Chanterelle on September 26, 2025.
This event will be a black tie 3 course dinner with late night snack included, live auction, silent auction, comedy show, wine pull and dance to follow. Our headlining comedian is Winnipeg's Mike Green from the TV show "Hot Deals".
1 ticket includes (event is 19+ only):
- VIP entrance to the red carpet event for one guest, with your photo being professionally taken by vogue-featured photographer "Life as she knows it" Carly Dowhos.
- A 3-course dinner catered by Tomlin (meal option selected with ticket purchase) with late night snack included (mini Tomlin burgers)
- A complimentary 3oz pour of sparkling wine as you walk the red carpet (non-alcoholic champagne option available).
- Access to our headline show - comedian Mike Green.
- Entrance to the prize lounge which hosts an array of ways to win thousands of dollars worth of prizes. Our wine pull is always a big hit...donate the night of to choose a mystery bottle of wine worth anywhere from $15-$150+

Event details:
Location: The Chanterelle (206 Park Avenue, Thunder Bay)
Time: 6:00pm - 1am.
Attire: Formal black tie.
Tickets: Your receipt is your group's ticket (no physical tickets need to be picked up in advance). Just provide the name on the order at the door. All ticket sales are non-refundable. In the event that you can no longer attend the event, the customer may transfer their tickets to a different individual if they choose to do so, email manager@stellawaxbar.com to transfer your ticket to someone else.
