Do you offer local pickup?

Yes- select local pick up at checkout and you will receive a ready for pick up notice when your order is complete. Orders are usually ready for the same day or the next business day. **Please monitor your spam folder in case your notifications filter there.

Can I choose which location to pick up my order from?

Yes you can- BUT only if both shops have all the items in your cart in stock. If you are only shown one pickup location option at checkout, it is because the items in your cart are only in stock at the one location. 

When I choose pickup, it says "Your order isn't available for pickup. Enter a shipping address." Why?

This prompt means that the items in your cart are not in stock at both locations. For example, you have 1 pink sugar lotion and 1 froot loops scrub in your cart. The pink sugar lotion is only in stock at the Algoma shop and the froot loops scrub is only in stock at the Westfort shop. Shopify does not automatically divide orders into two separate pickups. You have 2 options:

If this error prompt occurs, under the Shipping page you can use the code 2PICKUPSTBAY to dismiss shipping fees. Please note that by entering this code, you will be responsible for completing 2 pickups, 1 from each of our Thunder Bay locations.

At this time, we are not offering local delivery.

Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?

Any orders canceled after they have been placed will be subject to a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. This policy is in place because Shopify charges this fee to online shop owners when orders are canceled and as a small business we must recoup the fee. Depending on the order, we reserve the right to treat select orders as final sale / cannot be canceled. Thank you for your understanding.
